Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We offer free delivery within Singapore on all orders. 

Delivery lead time is typically 4 to 6 weeks. Our team will be in touch to coordinate a convenient delivery schedule.

For international orders, please contact us directly.

Is installation included?
Installation is not included. However, we can recommend trusted installers upon request and are happy to assist your electrician with installation advice to ensure everything is set up correctly.


Payments & Invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayNow and bank transfers. Credit card payments will be introduced in the near future for added convenience.

Who will the invoice be issued by?

All payments, invoices, and official quotations are issued under Illumtec, a UEN-registered business entity in Singapore.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.


Warranty & Support

Is there a warranty on the lights?
Yes. All our lights come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Do you offer after-sales service?
Yes. We are committed to providing dedicated after-sales service, including assistance with product care, replacements, and technical queries. We also offer a tailored experience from order to installation—our team can coordinate with electricians, advise on placement, and ensure each light finds its perfect place.
