1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed via PayNow or bank transfer. Invoices and quotations will be issued under our parent company, Illumtec, a UEN-registered business in Singapore.

2. Pricing

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include free delivery within Singapore unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery

Estimated lead time for delivery is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on product availability. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date once your order is ready.

4. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist with a replacement or resolution.

5. Warranty

All lighting products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

6. Installation

Installation is not included. We can recommend trusted installers upon request and are happy to provide guidance to your electrician if needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of this store or its partners and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising will be handled under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
